Our help is urgently needed in California.

There are two statewide propositions on the ballot on Tuesday that must be defeated, and women must come together and make our voices heard – now. It’s not too late.

If these measures pass, there is certain to be a ripple affect across the nation -- and we must not let that happen.

Proposition 4 is a parental notification measure that threatens the health and safety of teenage girls who cannot go to their parents and may take matters into their own hands. Please donate now to help defeat Prop 4.

Proposition 8 bans same-sex marriage. That’s discrimination, and it’s wrong. Simple as that. Please donate now to help defeat Prop 8.

Polls show both “No on 4” and “No on 8” are very tight, and in both cases the other side is pumping enormous funding into the measures. It’s not too late to defeat them both. Opposing these measures is the right thing to do.
